Hi there Doodlebug fans -  I am here today to share with you 2 really fun and interactive cards that you can give to that special birthday boy or girl in your life!

I love doing fun fold cards! I love that the recipient gets a fun surprise when they open up the card- it adds a little something special! Let me show you today 2 of my favorites!

First up we have a Pop-Up Box card. These cards have been showing up all over blogs and Pinterest and I just had to give one a go! I loved being able to use all the fun stickers and sentiments that come with the Hip Hip Hooray collection - ( and how cute is that little monster peeking out?)

I used this tutorial to make this card: Pop-Up Box Card
*Note* - the card that I made will fit in a 6x9 inch envelope - there are instructions on the link for the measurements for a card that fits in a standard A2 size envelope :)

Next up is a neat card called a Free Standing Pop Up Card. I loved how this one litterally pops up when you unfold it! So fun!

So if you are looking to add that little extra pizzaz to your handmade cards - give these two awesome ones a try! I know who ever you give them to with love them! Have fun!
